OUT OF HOURS CHARGE
Our normal opening hours for entries and exits are from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm seven days a week*. If you would like to drop off or pick up your pet outside these hours, please ask about our out of hours service. The out of hours service is only available by prior arrangement and up to 7:00 pm. The charge for this is £10.00 per occasion. (*Please note our opening hours do vary around Christmas and the New Year.)
